পন্যের বিবৃতি:

RB Mart পূর্ব নোটিশ ছাড়াই তার ওয়েবসাইটে প্রদর্শিত পণ্যের দাম, পণ্যের স্পেসিফিকেশন, পণ্যের ছবি এবং শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তন করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।

পন্যের স্টক এবং মূল্য পরিবর্তনশীল। RB Mart ওয়েবসাইটে কোন পন্য যদি “In Stock” হিসেবে প্রদর্শিত হয় সেই ক্ষেত্রেও পণ্যটি না থাকার কিছুটা সম্ভাবনা থাকতে পারে। সেক্ষেত্রে, আমরা আপনাকে অনুরোধ করছি যে কোনো পণ্য অর্ডার করার আগে এবং অনলাইনে অর্থ প্রদানের আগে আমাদের প্রতিনিধির সাথে কথা বলুন।

কোনো লিখিত অথবা পণ্যের ছবি গত ত্রুটির জন্য RB Mart দায়ী নয়। আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটের সমস্ত ছবি ডিজিটালভাবে তৈরি করা হয়ে থাকে এবং পণ্যের মূল ওয়েবসাইট থেকে অথবা অন্যান্য ওয়েবসাইট থেকে সংগ্রহ করা হয়ে থাকে। বাস্তব পন্যের সাথে ওয়েবসাইটে প্রদর্শিত পন্যের ধরন, পন্যের রঙ এবং আকার আকৃতিতে ভিন্ন হতে পারে।

অর্ডার ও ডেলিভারি:

RB Mart এর ওয়েবসাইট থেকে কোন পণ্যে অর্ডারের পরে যদি আপনার পেমেন্ট সম্পূর্ণ হয়ে থাকে অথবা COD (Cash On Delivery) তে অর্ডারটি সম্পূর্ণ হয়ে থাকে, তাহলে ঢাকার মধ্যে সেইম দিনে অথবা ৪৮-৭২ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে আমরা হোম ডেলিভারি করে থাকি। সেইম দিনে ডেলিভারির ক্ষেত্রে ডেলিভারি চার্জ কিছুটা পরিবর্তন হবে। ঢাকার বাহিরে ২-৫ কর্ম দিবসের মধ্যে আমরা কুরিয়ারের মাধ্যমে ডেলিভারি করে থাকি।

আমাদের সাপ্তাহিক ছুটি বা সরকারি ছুটির কারণে পণ্যে ডেলিভারিতে কিছুটা পরিবর্তন হতে পারে। RB Mart যেকোনো পূর্ব ঘোষণা ছাড়াই যে কোন অর্ডার বাতিল করার ক্ষমতা রাখে। বিস্তারিত জানতে আমাদের ডেলিভারি সংক্রান্ত শর্তাবলী পড়ুন।

আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটে তালিকাভুক্ত কোনো পণ্যের ধরন, পন্যের তথ্যগত ,পণ্যের মূল্য, স্পেসিফিকেশন গত, প্রযুক্তিগত এবং অন্যান্য ত্রুটির ভুল থাকে, তাহলে সেই পণ্যের অর্ডার প্রত্যাখ্যান বা বাতিল করার এবং অতি দ্রুত ত্রুতিগত সমস্যার সমাধান করার অধিকার RB Mart রাখে।

পেমেন্টের শর্তাবলী:

যেকোনো অর্ডারের পেমেন্ট করার আগে আপনার পণ্য টি স্টক এ আছে কিনা সেটা নিশ্চিত হয়ে নিন। আমাদের COD (Cash On Delivery) এবং সকল প্রকার ডিজিটাল পেমেন্ট হয়ে থাকে। ডিজিটাল পেমেন্ট রিফান্ডের ক্ষেত্রে ১০-১৫ কার্যদিবস সময় লাগতে পারে। পেমেন্টের সময় নেয়া যেকোনো অতিরিক্ত ফি রিফান্ডের আওতায় আসবে না।

RB Mart থেকে ওয়ারেন্টি সার্ভিস গ্রহণের জন্য পণ্য ক্রয়ের প্রমাণ (চালান, ক্রয় রশিদ) বাধ্যতামূলক প্রদর্শন করতে হবে। ওয়ারেন্টি সম্পন্ন হওয়ার পর যদি পণ্যটি ক্রেতার ঠিকানায় পাঠাতে হয় তার জন্য গ্রাহক কে রিটার্ন শিপিং চার্জ প্রদান করতে হবে। RB Mart যে কোন পণ্যের ওয়ারেন্টি পরিষেবা প্রত্যাখ্যান করার বা বাতিল করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে ৷

Product stock and prices are variable. Even if a product is displayed as "in stock" on the RB Mart website, there may be some possibility that the product may not be available. In that case, we request you to speak with our representative before ordering any product and paying online.

RB Mart is not responsible for any writing or product photo errors. All images on our website are digitally generated and collected from the product's original website or others websites. Product type, product color and size may differ from the actual product displayed on the website.

RB Mart reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders for any product listed on our website if there are errors in the product's type, product information, product price, specifications, technical and other errors, and to resolve the problem as soon as possible.

Payment Terms:

Please confirm that your product is in stock before online Payment for any order. We accept COD (Cash on Delivery) and all types of digital payments. Digital payment may take 10-15 working days to be returned. Any additional fees charged at the time of payment will not be covered by the refund.

Order & Delivery:

Once your payment or COD (Cash on Delivery) is completed after ordering the product from RB Mart website, we do home delivery within Dhaka on the same day or within 48-72 hours. Delivery charges will vary slightly in case of same day delivery. We deliver by courier within 2-5 working days outside Dhaka.

Due to our weekends or public holidays there may be some variation in product delivery. RB Mart reserves the right to cancel any order without prior notice. Read our delivery terms for details.

Warranty Claim Condition:

Proof of product purchase (invoice, purchase receipt) is mandatory for availing warranty service from RB Mart. If the product has to be sent back to the buyer's address after the warranty has expired, the customer will have to pay the return shipping charges.
